Assisi

A poster outside the archeological museum near the town square.
The Temple of Minerva (maybe actually dedicated to Hercules...) which was built in the 1st century B.C. by Gnaius Cesius and Titus Cesius Priscus.  It was converted into a church in 1539 with later additions in the 17th century.  Note the present ground level as the temple should be on a pediment with steps leading up to the temple.
Chase, Rachel, Marc, Eric, and Emma waiting in the town square.
Another view of the Church of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva with Eric's ice cream making a cameo.
The same picture of the church minus Eric's ice cream
