MS Latin IVth quarter cartoon projects
The Latin students were to create an "animated" version of a story from one of our texts. The sixth graders used "Minimus" or a favorite myth, the seventh graders used Cambridge Latin Unit I, and the eighth graders used Cambridge Latin Unit II as the basis of their project. All of the projects (except one) use a mix of Adobe and PowerPoint, but might also include Paint, Flash, gif animator, and sound recordings. One project is done completely in Flash which means you will need that program to view the project. Most of the students inserted the sound so that it is "clickable", ergo you will need to click on the "speaker" to hear the dialogue, but some are fully "automated."
